A26 Engine
A26 Engine - The two applying to me would be the fully integrated power train and more engine models based off the a26 platform. Most trucks you are able to turn the steer wheels all the way to the right, remove the left side inner fender, squeeze up in there and reach up to unbolt the sensor. Price wise surprisingly the two engines are the same but i am building an international hv. I only use 25 pounds of boost under heavy acceleration or hard pulls. If you get the direct drive endurant, pick an axle ratio that will give you 1175 rpm at your primary cruising speed. Not a upgrade of the existing engine.
The two engines choices i have is the cummins l9 or the a26. Engine runs smoothly but power is way off. I’m not using full torque; Dubbed the a26, it does look promising, in that they seem to have realized how the screwed the pooch pretty bad on the n13 and started from scratch to come up with a totally new engine that has nothing from the n13. The inlet nox sensor is mounted at the rear of the engine.
